Esplanade Theatres by the Bay
Esplanade Theatres by the Bay is a world-renowed performing arts centre. It features two big "durian"-roofed buildings - one for the theatre hall and one for the concert hall. It seats a large number of people. Esplanade Theatres by the Bay also has a shopping mall beside it and a library focusing on the arts like music, theatre, film and dance. It is close by to the Esplanade Park.
Victoria Concert Hall
Victoria Concert Hall is beautiful and it features a tall and majestic clock tower with a green dome. At the grand enterance there is a prominent statue of Sir Stamford Raffles accompanied with a fountain and large spotlights. Victoria Concert Hall is a popular location for many popular Singaporean orchestras and bands such as the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. SG River Taxi
Along the Singapore River, you might have seen brown-coloured bumboats travelling up and down the river. These are the Singapore River Taxis, which allows tourists to board the boat the travels along the Singapore River allowing them to take a good look at the places and buildings around Singapore River such as Clarke Quay and Raffles Place.
